Misty was very excited about updating this blog this evening, unfortunately, she has since fallen asleep. So, here’s a pic of all the extra room we had today when we were packing! We had a good trip in from Oklahoma City with a stop at the Blue Sky Restaurant in Amarillo as well as a short detour at the Cadillac Ranch. Misty did have a bit of a different expectation about the Cadillac Ranch, I think she thought there would be 10 new Escalades sticking out of the ground, but, alas, that is not the case and we had a good time there anyway. We arrived in Santa Fe around 8:15 ish local time, took a quick tour around the square and headed to the hotel. Went back over to the middle of town to eat dinner at the Coyote Cafe. The experience was pretty good save for the pretentious, rather flamboyant host, who was more interested in his hair than his customers…haha. The food was great as well as the Santa Fe Pale Ale I imbibed and the Margarita and Coco something or other Misty had, this may have something to do with her quick slumber?
Anyways, sorry for the boring update, but I’m sure Misty will have more to say in the morning while I’m still sleeping! Night!
